EMBL-specific: Dataset archiving is now forwarded to the ITS DMA Application
The command line interface has been greatly enriched (see the new CLI section for details)
For EMBL users: the CLI is available on all servers (e.g. cluster nodes and seneca) under /g/funcgen/bin/stocks
Allow user with data manager role to register data on behalf of group members. This enables e.g. automated NGS data
registration (using a technical user).
Samples (and other sample types) now have a code field whose behaviour is similar to specimen, equipment, and consumable code;
i.e. two samples that belong to the same group cannot have the same code.
Improvements & Fixes
Sample lineage won’t offer deleted samples/specimens in drop-downs
